Our 3-year show Black Lab, Drake was constantly shedding and out of coat. Most judges liked him but penalized him for being out of coat. He racked up 8 Reserve Winners Dog, but no Winners Points! Hi and thank you! Our Lab was for ever coming down with something or other. Hotspots, itching, rashes, allergic reactions, gastro-enteritis, colds, you name it she would pick it up. We were at the vets more often that at training classes. The vet bills were 10 times more than the annual dog food bill. Hello LabWell. I really didn't expect a real person to be answering my emails about my two Labs. What a surprise when 2 days later I receive your answers to all my questions. I took Blondie in for a second opinion as suggested and the second vet agreed with your assumption about a thyroid problem.
